Suwannee River Ranch

This preserve is ideally located just one mile outside of Branford, with excellent frontage on three sides, including US 27, SR 349 and Arabian Road. The main entrance is located on SR 349 and boasts a new sign for “Suwannee River Ranch.” This preserve features a large main residence with 2,377 heated living area, 300 sq ft deer nursery barn, main office and barn (1912 sq ft) along with an RV hook up, pole barn (767 sq ft), walk in freezer/storage and covered area (2071 sq ft), equipment barn with dormers (2665 sq ft), furnish cabin, outside covered animal barns (1235 sq ft), Two -20’ x 20’ metal covered buildings, along with approximately 4 miles of 8 foot high fence around the perimeter, and additional fencing within the ranch.

This farm also comes with all the equipment necessary for maintaining the preserve. A portion of the equipment includes A220 and 763 Bobcats, a 5510 Cab John Deere tractor with implements, a Kubota 900 side-by-side and a B 2710 Kubota Tractor with loader, and trucks, etc. The full list of equipment and implements will be provided to serious buyers, upon request. 

The ranch houses a diverse range of animal species; White Bisons, Axis deer, Sika deer, Fallow deer, Whitetail deer, Black buck, Rams, Goats, Ibex, Aoudads, Red deer, Water Buffalo and Wart Hogs. The inventory is a fluid target as this is an operational ranch and the species are subject to change based on hunts, sales, purchases, and births. 

Power isn’t a problem, as there are two 200-amp services, each has a 100-amp sub panel. The one by the lodge is for the freezer and 50-amp RV hookup. One by the residence was added for attributes located around the home.
