All tracts are a mixture of planted pines and hardwoods. The blue area on the floodplain map indicates floodplain A- which means you have a 1% chance of flooding annually. The property is NOT under water. The ground takes a little longer to completely dry after it rains, which is mostly during the Summer months. The roads to the properties are legally deeded roads but they are NOT county maintained. You need a vehicle that sits up high off the ground to get in and out, a truck or SUV, 4 wheel drive would be best.. There is an abundance of game: deer, turkey and hogs!! Electric is 5 miles away. From Madison- On south SR 53 turn onto Tower Rd, which is 5 miles South of I-10. Go 2.1 miles and Tower road will dead end into Camp p Rd. (There is a gate on Tower Rd that is not locked. Open, pull through and close it back.) Turn left onto Camp p Rd and go 2.7 miles to Wire Rd. Turn left onto Wire Rd. The road passed Wire Rd is Gum Rd. Use the maps below to navigate to your desired lot. Each lot has a stake with the lot number on it. Each lot has to be surveyed when it sells.
