Both parcels consist of a combination of planted pines and hardwood trees. The blue section on the floodplain map designates floodplain A, indicating a 1% annual probability of flooding. The property is not submerged. After rainfall, the ground may require additional time to dry completely, particularly during the summer months. Access roads to the properties are legally established but are not maintained by the county. A vehicle with higher ground clearance, such as a truck or SUV, preferably with four-wheel drive, is recommended for access. There is a plentiful population of wildlife, including deer, turkey, and hogs. Electrical service is located five miles away. From Madison- On south SR 53 turn onto Tower Rd, which is 5 miles South of I-10.  Go 2.1 miles and Tower road will dead end into Camp p Rd.  (There is a gate on Tower Rd that is not locked.  Open, pull through and close it  back.)  Turn left onto Camp p Rd and go 3.2 miles to Gum Rd.  Turn left onto Gum Rd.  Use the maps below to navigate to your desired lot. Each lot has a stake with the lot number on it.  Each lot has to be surveyed when it sells.
