Follow Max rd 1.4 miles until you reach Bat Rd.  Go 1/2 mile on Bat Rd and the land begins on the left. The 196 acres ends at West Boundary Rd.  To see the  351 acres, go back to Max Rd and turn right and follow until it dead ends into Rick Rd (1.1 miles).
