Here at AFG Tri-State Realty, we put ourselves in your shoes at all times, and will never be overbearing, pushy, or try to sell you something that your are not 110% completely satisfied with. We work diligently for buyers and sellers to locate and sell properties in the Tri State region.
Our history
Proudly serving Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Our office is centrally located in the heart of North Central Florida. Lake City, Florida is in Columbia County, which is known as "The Gateway to Florida". Interstate 75 & Interstate 10 run though Lake City, carrying a large percentage of Florida's tourist and trade traffic. Lake City is the first sizable town/city in Florida on Interstate 75.
Our company was formed out of the need for buyer's and seller's in the Southeast Tri-State Region to have a central and localized company to conduct their research for buying or selling properties in the Tri-State region. The properties we specialize in are: Homes for sale in Lake City Florida, Georgia hunting land, Hunting land in North Central Florida, Vacant residential lots, Investment properties and Large and small timber tracts.
