Remarks

This is one of the largest tracts of land in the Southeast. It has over 40 million in timber value, the average of the timber is 14 years. It has a revenue from pine straw and hunting leases. The owner has just started thinning. These trees are well beyond the average growth, they were planted with the help of the U of Fl, using a special chemical that has made them grow at an incredible growth. Ditches are in place along with culverts. This property has a unique road system.
